1. Overview
Lumzi provides prepaid digital services through a credit-based system. When you purchase credits, you are purchasing access to digital services, not a monetary balance or financial product.
All purchases are final except as outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only for unused credits, and only at Lumzi's sole discretion.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Credits must be completely unused
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase
- No services may have been accessed using those credits
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Credits have been used, partially or fully
- AI services (such as translation or generation) have been performed
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results
- Accidental purchases after credits have been used
- Failure to cancel auto-refill before a charge is processed
- Misunderstanding of how credits are priced or used
Once credits are used, they are considered consumed digital services and are non-refundable.
4. Credit Adjustments
In certain situations, Lumzi may, at its sole discretion, offer account credits or partial credit adjustments instead of issuing a monetary refund.
These adjustments are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute an obligation to issue refunds or credits in future cases.
5. AI Services Disclaimer
Lumzi provides AI-generated translations and language tools. By using Lumzi, you acknowledge:
- Outputs may vary in quality
- Results may not always meet expectations
- AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate
Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with AI outputs.
6. Auto-Refill Charges
If you enable auto-refill:
- Your payment method will be charged automatically when your balance falls below your selected threshold
- You are responsible for managing or disabling auto-refill in your account settings
Refunds will not be issued for auto-refill charges if:
- The charge was valid and triggered by your configured settings
- Credits from the refill have been used
7. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge or technical error), please contact us within 30 days.
If an error is confirmed, we will issue a refund or credit correction.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider:
- Your Lumzi account may be suspended or terminated
- Associated credits may be revoked
We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us.
Include:
- Your account email
- Transaction date and amount
- Reason for the request
We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
